I’m Patricia Ray MacNeil. Life has been a cross-Canada adventure—from tent doors to chateau floors, growing with my chosen family, and finding calm after decades of chaos. I set out on that journey, going from labour to leadership, helping loved ones combat addiction and loss along the way. Internationally trained, I learned to do what I could with what I had—making me a resilient, curious coach.
Over 25+ years serving Alberta’s energy sector, I’ve led multimillion-dollar projects, served on boards ranging from national nuclear safety to municipal planning, and transformed overwhelming challenges into clear, actionable results. My expertise is rooted in hands-on experience, international training, and a passion for practical transformation.
